HOW TO APPLY

The Shenfield Girls’ Football Academy was established in 2019 following incredible success in girls’ football and numerous ESFA National Cup titles for Shenfield High School. 

The programme is a high level football academy opportunity aimed at student athletes who want to combine their academic studies with a top level football coaching programme under one roof. We supply a high level of education for our girls, as well as providing them with both the opportunities and guidance to further their football careers. They will benefit from high level coaching, weekly fixtures and entry into National Cup competitions. We have had great success already in the English Colleges National Premier League, finishing runners up in 23/24 season and making the national play off as well as another ESFA National Cup semi final. We have girls who have graduated from our programme in the last two year go on and play first team football at clubs such as Arsenal, Crystal Palace FC and Billericay Town FC, develop through Charlton Athletic's U21s alongside our programme and recently Izzy Tomlin secured a scholarship in Florida at the prestigious South Eastern University.

We are looking for any girls with a love for the game, great attitudes to improve and students who want to both attain good qualifications and also develop in their football journeys.

 Match day analysis, individual player reviews & target setting, football specific strength and conditioning sessions and nutrition & education workshops will be implemented alongside our elite coaching programme and academic studies.
